Information processed
Name, phone, plate, vehicle, branch and service preferences are processed only to validate the request, send a minimal notification to authorized staff and prepare the WhatsApp continuation.
Retention
The CarSpa web application does not store booking details in a permanent customer or booking database. Security audit records exclude customer form content.
WhatsApp transfer
When you continue through WhatsApp, the prepared details are transferred to WhatsApp/Meta and their privacy terms apply.
